Hurricane Irma - Update on the situation in Saint-Barthelemy and Saint-Martin

Six months after the passage of hurricane Irma on Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthelemy Islands, although works remain to be done on some of the buildings, both desalination plants are fully operational.
